Erica Sigurdson

She is best known for over 40 appearances on CBC’s The Debaters, as will as multiple televised specials for The Winnipeg, Halifax and Just For Laughs Comedy Festivals.

Nicknamed a ‘sugar coated razor blade, Erica has been making Canadians laugh for close to two decades with her rapier wit followed by a mischievous smile. 

She is best known for over 40 appearances on CBC’s The Debaters, as will as multiple televised specials for The Winnipeg, Halifax and Just For Laughs Comedy Festivals. 

She has performed around the world, including Singapore, The Philippines, Bangkok and Reykjavik Iceland. 

In addition to her performances, Erica is an award-winning comedy writer for television, having written for the 21st Gemini Awards, Mr D and Corner Gas Animated.
